good to see lean communities still building in the face of adversity - there are a lot of naysayers blaming Lean for implementation failures, forgetting TPS as a philosophy promotes a 'No-Blame' culture integral to 'Kaizen' (all gaining benefit with no one person gaining benefit at another's expense) - ironic really - if you address the mindset and psychological aspects first, amazing results are achievable - see this short video ....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lp4H7-hQcbw
