Breakthrough Performance for Your Organization

Lean TPM, or Total Productive Maintenance, will drive the operational efficiency of your manufacturing environment.  TPM is a team approach to maintenance that engages the workforce and management.  The objective of TPM is to drive profitability of the operation, which is based on the principles of preventative, efficient, and economical maintenance.  Lean TPM is a cornerstone of a world-class manufacturing excellence program.  TPM focuses on the manufacturing life cycle and eliminates defects from the process.  Defects can be defined as accidents and breakdowns, for example.  TPM embraces safety.  Total Productive Maintenance addresses unsafe conditions and behaviors in advance through organization, discipline, and standardization.
